Somewhere Way Out There

I personally have been to this cemetery late past midnight, and I was told that people come to this cemetery to cast spells and conduct black magic, especially around a new full moon and especially in the month of October.

I have seen lots of black magic, or rather, witchcraft items, here. If you should come to this cemetery be very careful of what you pick up, or touch. Spirits and bad luck are known to latch on to anyone who removes or disturbs anything that a witch has put here. I heard through people that the son of the owner of this cemetery committed suicide after erecting a fence to keep people out. It is said that if you come here, one should bring flowers and place them in the back of the cemetery to the left, as an offering of peace. Otherwise you may or may not see something here, but one of you will feel the presence of someone being with you once you get home.

This place is very haunted and many people have seen ghosts, and lechusas (witches in the form of owls or black birds). Witches have even broken into several graves this year (2009) and pulled out the remains of people there to use their bones in their rituals. It was on the news here in San Antonio.

After 12 midnight any night, is when the supernatural makes itself known. This is not a place to be taken lightly. Beware what you don't know. I personally will never return to this cemetery in the evening or night. (Beware.)

The reason it is called The Chinese Cemetery
by: Anonymous

I heard that this man was in love with this Chinese woman, and was forbidden to see her, a curse was put on him that exclaimed if he continued to see her, lightning would strike him dead. Well he kept seeing her, and that curse came about while he was riding his horse one day.

Legend says he is buried with his horse in that very cemetery, and the woman was never seen again. It is told that she wanders that place and is something like 7 feet tall. Before it became a cemetery this was the actual place he and his forbidden love would meet.

I like the summary on the cemetery. One thing though, what kinds of things did the witches leave? Did they leave the remains of the people they dug up??? If so thats just plain old weird!

So scarrrrrryyyyyy

Just curious - why is this cemetery called "Chinese Cemetary" is it because it's near a China town? or owned by a Chinese?

Thanks
