Frightened Ghost from taking her photo

It was about 6:30a.m, I felt someone on my bed, (not unusual for me), I saw in my third eye this lady who kind of startled me, as she looked extremely mistreated, she had beautiful blue/violet eyes, but she must have had a terrible hard life. Since she was not smiling, I did not see her teeth.

I got up and got a cup of coffee. Coming back, I picked up my camera and snapped my bed where she was laying last. When I downloaded the photo, to my surprise I caught her in flight, apparently my camera scared her which was never my intention. I apologized to her and told her how to go into the light where she would find peace and her family. I have not seen her since.
