One of our favorite parts of going to the drive-in were the snacks. My sis loved popcorn! Even now, there's nothing like theater popcorn, all buttery and hot, with just the perfect balance of salt. I think sis went more for the popcorn than for the film.
We'd hit the concession stand and come back with arm loads of the corn, soda, and even pizza. I was more of an ice cream and candy kinda guy!
In some of the old boxes out back, we found these commericals that we used to play when this theater was live. We pulled them out and dusted them off and I'm glad that we can make use of them. Hope they bring back memories for you.
