It sounds to me like you've got a "helpful" entity. Waking you when you're about to be late, turning the radio down when you're on the phone, etc. The soap might have been intended as a helpful gesture as well, as it was something that you needed at the time. If you don't feel threatened, then you shouldn't worry.

Are you sure you didn't just fall asleep for a second and dream it all. If it really is true then you have demons in your house and you need to rebuke them in the name of Jesus Christ! Then they truly will have to go away.
