My sister had a similar experiance. Everyday she would wake up and see (without her contacts) a man in a top hat standing by the kitchen table. But the freaky part is another friend of her stayed the night and in the morning asked who the man at the table was...

I can tell you where the apartment is, but I'm not too sure the chances of you being allowed in there are very good. My sister doesn't live there anymore. I don't know if anybody else ever moved in after she left or not.
Anyway...The apartment is in Anderson,Indiana. I can't remember the address, but it's on Historical 8th St. It is a basement apartment and it's underneath a store called Hoppies Appliances or something like that.
