I took a walk through the 300 Capital Mall garage and I instantly felt the heaviness that I often feel around sites that are rumored to have paranormal activity. The lower levels had the most intense feelings. Also the temperature dropped and I had the feeling of being watched.

Two blocks from there is the Downtown Plaza. I did a mini-investigation of the South Mall area (Upper Level) and had the person that was with me snap some photos and it appeared that I was being followed by something. When we reviewed the stills every one had at least one orb near me. Each orb was different in size and shape. I also had the heavy feeling I get around spirits. Some of my fellow employees have said that they have experienced something in that area. Some have reported seeing a full-bodied apparition. They described it as a red haired woman in a white see-through dress. They say that she tells them that she is lost and can’t find her way out. She then turns a corner and is nowhere to be found.
