O.O OMG my friends checked out this place at night once and they seen the old lady in the house staring out at them and a huge muscular guy inside the house climbing stairs, this is in 2009 btw and they also said nothing was broken, we checked it out the next morning and the window on the 3rd floor was actually broken with a face peering out.

Ok I researched poltergeist when i started hunting ghosts(i'm a kid, but i love ghosts) here is what it says:
poltergeist [Ger.,=knocking ghost], in spiritism, certain phenomena, such as rapping, movement of furniture, and breaking of crockery, for which there is no apparent scientific explanation. Believers in spiritism interpret these phenomena, particularly common during séances, as evidence of the presence of supernatural spirits.
(in other words its a ghost with a temper problem, likes to move or throw objects and makes eerie noises.
