I was born and raised in nevada city. I have bene to the round house not round room many times. Not at all folk lore. There is a meaning to the doors cut out for sabbat rituals. The 4 corners, 4 doors full moon rituals you would see the reason. Many pagan groups cross paths with respect for the other as we are all brothers and sisters. This space respected by all used together and sepret.None holds title to this sacred ground but holds a generationl curse to those who disrespect harm this space. I hope all of you asked permision to enter,didnt take anything from the grounds and asked for thanks befor leaving hopfully with a gift you leave behind.
My family extend in this area for many generations and i can only worn you every wair you go most buisnesses suprising to you im sure youd be standing befor one of us with out knowing it. Not at all a joke!!!

I live here in grass valley and me and my friends are going to go and party there. i do have some satanist friends and i know that in this town especially there are still active places of worship such as the round room. i live right down the street from the holbrook and me and my friends hang out in there sometimes. i get many interesting feelings and i was very excited to read your articles.

The neighborhood hates the round room. They are prosecuting trespassers. The Church of Satan connection and Anton LaVey stuff is a crock of sh--. Got emails to prove it. Have some intelligence and respect to not trespass in someone else's neighborhood.

OK OK HERE. NORTH STAR MINE LODGE AKA GRANNY GUGLAMS (SP, YES IS HAUNTED AND NO NOT IN A GOOD WAY!
HOWEVER THE ROUND ROOM, ALL THAT YOU SAW IS THE LOCALS ADDING TO THE FOLKLORE! EVEN MY AUNT PAINTED THINGS WITH MY COUSINS NAME JUST TO SCARE HIM, BECAUSE SHE KNEW THAT WE HAD GONE THERE TO PARTY A FEW TIMES! I HAVE MANY ABILITIES ON MANY LEVELS AND HAVE ALL MY LIFE AND I SPEND MOST OF MY TIME COLD BECAUSE OF THE PPL THAT HAVE PASSED THAT ARE ATTRACTED TO ME. AND I HAD NO FEAR OR NO ADVERESE FEELINGS AT THE ROUND HOUSE. IT HAS BEEN MADE INTO SOMETHING OF LEDGENS FOR NEVADA COUNTY YOUTH AND THE CURIOUS. HOWEVER NONE ARE TRUE!
OH AND YES THE HOLBROOK IS VERY HAUNTED! ANOTHER AREA OF A LOT OF ACTIVITY IS SILVER WAY BY THE EMPIRE MINE! BELIVE ME I LIVED THERE FOR 17 YRS!!! YOU BET! NOTHING EVIL I EVER ENCOUNTERED, BUT ACTIVITY NON THE LESS!!!
